Jetboil Question...

So after buying my Tembu Tusk to replace my Coleman Camp Stove as my main cooking unit, I picked up a Jetboil Flash so I would have something to make coffee and boil water with. Now, I am looking at a Jetboil Halfgen addition, and was curious if this was usable with the Flash system?

Nope, two different products. The Jetboil is isobutane and the HalfGen is propane. The HalfGen works with the Jetlink line of products.

BTW, We love our Jetboil Flash!

Ugh...oh well, I have the adapter to use the 1.5L pot and/or frying pan, so I'll just use that. At least it will save me some money.

I have had my jet boil for about 10 years, still works perfectly.

Not necessarily an answer to your post, but wanted to chime in regarding the Jet Boil. I run a Flash and a Mini Mo, with the flash for liquids and the Mini for "food". The Mini cup is easier to eat from and the stove has an improved simmer feature over the flash. My Flash gets used for pasta and hot cocoa. Also, The French press kit works well when I have guests.
