This is my 85 CJ7, I’m the second owner, had it since it was two years old.
As you can see it is in my garage and has been there for the past 30 years Lol!
It has 29000 miles and I’m in the process of getting it out on the road again for this summer. Cheers!

That looks great and I'm guessing that your tent "might" fit over my custom built off-road trailer. It's close to Jeep Anvil Grey. I'm currently painting my LJ the same colour.

Just realized I hadn't posted my LJ in this thread after I painted it. I haven't camped with it and the above trailer yet but at least they've hit the road together.

Looks nice. I had a 88 XJ and didnt have any problems either.
I wish I could say that about my 1990 XJ 4 dr. Laredo. I bought it new and really liked it for the first 5 years. It developed some serious ABS problems and the final bill for the repairs was almost 10% of what I paid for it. :frowning: When I got it I had no idea it would be the last of the RENIX models. I wouldn't have waited anyway.

Any problems I've had with my current ones (the XJ above & my 1988 MJ - post #1502) have been minor and no different than what other models would experience. Neither have ABS ... I made sure of that! lol
