New to overland bound but not to off roading. Last year I bought my wife a new vehicle so our Jeep Liberty became my dedicated overland rig. It now has an OME 3.5” lift with bilstein shocks, and JBA upper control arms. 245/70-17 Wild Trail Ctx tires. Skid row skid plates were just delivered to cover everything except gas tank so their going on this week. Other than that I’ve been going over it with a fine tooth comb to do as much preventative maintenance as I can. We’ve done a couple short weekend trips, but our first big challenge is in October for a week long trip through the Appalachian mountains. So far my only complaint is the lack of storage space in the rear. It is very much like a wrangler, actually has less space than the 4 door wranglers I think.
