I was told by King today that my new coilovers have "internal reservoirs" (originally wanted adjustable remote resi but they apparently aren't available for my application) . Ok cool no big deal, ultimately I didn't get charged for something I didn't get and these are still going to blow my current setup out of the water.

Fast forward a few hours and all of a sudden start wondering what the guy meant by internal reservoirs... don't all shocks technically have internal reservoirs? Does anyone know if that term is actually referencing an internal bypass? I have searched for what exactly an internal reservoir is but can't find anything that explains it. Any clarity would be greatly appreciated!

Hmm I think I just realized that the "internal reservoirs" are probably just an IFP setup. Do I seem to be on the right track here?

They are just a "standard" shock internally. Internal bypass(IBP) is a completely different animal.
