Camping road trip! Lots of miles but cool camp spots tucked away in the rainforests of Oregon and southern Washington.

Hood River, Mt Hood, airplane museums, Oregon coast, Tillamok cheese and creamery, Astoria, Truffle Shuffle, Jetty Point, bridges Mt Rainier to name a few. Check out the details, May 15th (5pm start) to May 18th.

We will be stopping by the Evergreen Aviation & Space museum in McMinneville OR for a couple hours, cool planes including the Spruce Goose, the largest wooden plane ever built. You can find more info here:

Shea and I might have to play catch up as I have to work Thursday and will be off late. I recommend camping at the jetty in the state park as we can drive in the beach there and watch the sunset.

Catch up whenever you can, no problem. The jetty and driving on the beach to camp looks awesome, just depends how the winds are

The rally point has been updated with the GPX and I’m putting it here as well. @Ebbs was a critical part of getting this route together. He even marked out the houses from Goonies.

Note there was a few issues with GAIA, so some of the waypoints are duplicated and Day 1 route may show twice... but it's from the Exxon to Goldendale. the camp spot south of Hood River is a backup. and there are a bunch of different backup spots I threw on just because camping on the coast can be a little rough to find spots for more than 2 rigs.
