I didn't know that "Skottle'' was not a cassette toilet until Overland Bound. So for years, every time someone asked me why I was going into the woods with a Pulaski tool (I'm too hardcore for poop shovels), I was like: ''I have to dump the $%(T out of my skottle''.

Last year I did a day run with a few friends. One of them is new to off road driving and saw a set of traction boards in the bed of another friend’s truck. He asked what they were for. Another friend, a hard core rock crawler, stated “ That’s for when you run out of skill.”
