I paid for the $99 package to get some gear and membership and my membership status has not changed. I do not have full access, and I have not gotten my swag. I fed this order around May 15th.
I’ve contacted support through the support tab, as well as emailed them. I’ve contracted the 3 times with this being the 4th and I’ve gotten no answers at all.
So I’ve got nothing to show for the money I’ve spent and less than sub par support from this app and company. I’m starting to pretty frustrated with it all. Communication is paramount to success for running a good business. I don’t know where else to go or who to talk to. I was trying to give the smaller business some good business.
Can anyone help me at all??
