How do we need to register for the event only over Overland Bound or on Jeep Experience's website?

Both. As it is first of all a Jeep experience event.
But mention that you are from Overland Bound and they will ad you to the OB group.

Ok, I mailed the Ferienwohnung/guarded camperplace Zimmervermietung/Ferienwohnung "Zur alten Waage"
We are welcome there from friday till sunday.
Grill and campfire are ok.

So, the plan is now, meet up at friday afternoon.
Then in the evening campfire and grilling together. Each brings their own.
Saturday is the day.
And I will try if possible to get an evening drive there as well, but we need to have a good group of vehicles if that will work out.
