Hitch Hoist to Load/Unload RRT?

Has anyone ever used a hitch hoist for their roof top top tent? I am looking for a simple solution that would work for me and this looks pretty awesome. I have a T4R and my CVT is close to 180lbs so lifting is not ideal. Any input you guys may have would be great!

I found this hoist which is used primarily for hunting but it seems to meet the criteria.

Watching thread. I have been looking for a solution myself. That looks like it might work. Have to slide it over some probably to reach but that's doable.

Do you mean in regards to sliding the tent over? You might be right, I hadn't considered that.

Yes. It doesn't look like it will reach to the center of the RTT.

I bought an ATV winch and bolted to the floor in my garage and used two pulleys to line up the lift point inside. Removal and reinstall is simply. I use the wich to flip it on its side and place it on furniture dolly make moving it around easy. Hope this helps, have fun and Roll Tide.

I use an electric winch from norther tool and installed it to the trusses in our barn. I use it to install/ remove both the RTT and the hard top for our jeep. Works great and I can do it by myself in just a few minutes.
