I joined on Monday, 9 March but I have not received notification of a member number. Or at least I have not seen it come to me. Can you advise, please? Thank you.

Hi Jim, Could you please check on mine as well if you get a chance. I received my notification that my package has been shipped but I am unsure if "30259" is the order number if it is my member number. Thank you in advance

I’m having the same problem. I can access rally point and maps on the website, but not in the app. I do have my membership number in my profile and my status shows that I am a member.

You don’t show as a member. Did you get an activation email?

Hello, I joined and received my activation email. When I hit the activate account it sends me to the app but I am unable to access any of the member content. I cannot access in app or the website, can you please help? Thanks.

That is not your member number, that is your order number, you should have another email with the activation link and member number....IF you check the spam folder might be in there, if you can not find it, LMK
