I'm Matt, figured I join the group and look for some inspiration for one of my current projects. I've been in the automotive/offroad world for many years. I have a fully built 87 K5 rock crawler, and a 1st Gen Tacoma on 37's but what I'm wanting to build into an "overlander" is my 93 fullsize Blazer. I've had it many years, and had it on many road trips (paved and dirt). Current up grades are 6.0L LQ9 (w/many upgrades) NV4500 and a BW4470 T-Case. I swapped a disc brake 14 Bolt rear end and a 9.25 IFS front end into it, as well as a coil/4link rear suspension. It's sitting on about 4" lift and 37x11.50 R17 Nittos. So even though it's ugly, it's drivetrain is strong and reliable. I do camp in it a lot currently but Im looking for idea for better more orginized storage for gear, supplies, tools, food etc... thats my main reason for joining aside from maybe joining along on a few adventures as well. I'll post pics from a different device later. Thanks for having me in adavance!
