Just wanted to make a quick hello. I have recently decided to dedicate my daily driver, 2016 F150, into a more capable off road/overlanding rig.

I have a couple little kids that are just starting to appreciate the outdoors and camping and looking forward to some new adventures. Have always been into sports cars and motorcycles so the off road world is still new to me.

Here are a couple pics of some camping/fishing trips I have taken the family on, and my rig that's still mostly stock. I have Fox 2.5 Coilovers with DSC adjustments arriving tomorrow afternoon along with Fox 2.0 rear shocks to get me started.

Welcome to Overland Bound! There has been a meet-up in your area but I don't think they are active right now. I will contact the member I know there and see if they plan on meeting anytime soon.

Ah killing me. I spent a day on the Vedder with a guide last year in BC and got nothing but a sore shoulder after 8 hours of throwing line... gotta get that silver bullet.

My vehicle is the 88, 62 Series LandCruiser -
hers is a new 2018 Toyota Tacoma, Double Cab, Short Bed, TRD Offroad.

Howdy, big fan of those land cruisers. There are a few real nice looking ones running around town. Always been a Ford guy for some reason. Started with a '67 mustang as a kid. Now have a '76 F250 (that I need to sell someday) and my 2016 F150. Wife drives a CRV which is surprisingly capable and gets great gas mileage.
