Yeah I know what you mean! In June I went on a day trip into the little belts, 80 when I left the house and in 20 min. The little belts was below 30 and snow on the ground! Every time I go out I'm prepared for winter!

The temperature swings were crazy, its beautiful but unforgiving. If I remember correctly, MT holds records for fastest temperature changes in N. America.
It was one of my favorite assignments, how long have you been up there?
