Absolutely is, havent been in 6 years or so but it's on the list with canyonlands and the white rim trail in the spring. The first time we made the hike to delicate arch my wife was sure it didnt exist as the trail keeps on going and going. I remember hiking down and hearing another guy getting the same earful from his gal and I just laughed.

Hows the weather there in November? Might be a good time to go out and run White Rim trail if its warm enough at night.... hmmm
