We are at the east end of 197 near the Coleman boundary before it turns to dirt and goes over the mountain up to Ogle Meadows and down into Pensacola. Where is this rifle range you speak of?

I think they mean more over where we live, off of Bald Mountain Rd.. in Burnsville about 3 miles from where I live.
