Hi, Has anyone here had any problems with Gaia GPS and Garmin GLO combination?

I am using the Garmin GLO to get GPS coordinates on my iPad pro wifi only. It stopped working out in the backcountry and I am trying to figure out if it is the App, the OS or the GPS unit. The GPS unit was connected with bluetooth the whole time but I was not getting GPS data in Gaia.
