Hello all. What channels do all y'all use for your GMRS coms? Is there a dedicated "On-Road" channel for OTR driving? Maybe 19, as I heard a wise radio user once suggest? I get that you can set something up with your group but do any of you have any general rules that seem to be accepted in the masses? It would be cool if we could all use 19 as the on road channel for GMRS. We could set and forget it while driving the miles.
Any ideas?

We always use GMRS 19 on the open road. It's an easy carryover from the CB glory days. We even stick it on the cars for big trips to encourage calls and some friendly banter.
