Hey all, I've been looking at rigs for inspiration and have been considering a rear bumper replacement. I have a full front bumper replacement and want some more armor for the rear. What I'm looking for though is a bumper with swing out spare tire mount, I'm having major difficulty finding one that includes a swing out which will fit a 2015 Sierra. Any ideas?

There is a serious lack of full size support from most of the offroad equipment manufacturers. I havent seen a bumper mount tire carrier, only a tailgate replacement. You could get whatever bumper you like, and take it to a shop to add a tire carrier.

Agreed.. full size doesn't seem to be as popular as I'd originally thought, granted when I bought this truck overlanding wasn't in my purview. I had considered doing as you mentioned but wanted to see if there were any "official" solutions out there I just wasn't able to find. I'll likely hang onto the tailgate, pretty instrumental in cooking for me and serves as an extension for my truck tent.

Do you have a rear bumper replacement? Looks like you run a Silverado?

I found that Aluminess makes one of these but not for my year model. I'm hoping that they've got something in the works....

This my plan, I'm gunna do the Wilco tailgate swingout and grab a bumper from a different company

That's what I was looking for! Hadn't seen these, this coupled with a different rear bumper would work like a champ I think.

Sweet, I saw those once but didn't know who made them. that's a fantastic option since its removable. I don't carry my spare unless i'm going offroad, due to space, I just keep a plug kit in the truck.
