Garmin Montana

I am using the Garmin Montana for my desert trips. Anybody have a recommendation for a unit with a bigger screen and built in TOPOs? my eyes aren't what they used to be!

Gaia gps app on an iPad or iPad mini for mounted use. Bigger screens for handheld are a bit harder as the battery drain is fairly quick.
