I'm still researching it, you can go on cruiserparts.net and look for it. Is not a kit and apparently is not easy to find, so you have to buy it separately.

We are still trucking along!! I feel like my truck is in pieces!!

Oil pump seal and front main seal replaced! It was a pain in the rear to get the crank pulley bolt off. The only feasable way and what everyone recommended online was to put a breaker bar under the frame and bump the starter sounds sketchy right? Well it was! One breaker bar broke, but I got it off. Replaced those 2 seals behind there thanks to a great write up by Zane on ih8mud.com

After that was completed disassembled both knuckles to be rebuilt. There are some great videos on YouTube if you want to tackle that one yourself.

Pulled axles front and rear and removed third members for regearing

.

I found this out after taking apart one knuckle but make sure if you have lockers to lock them before removing, otherwise they will not come out.

Dropped off the thirds at Mike's Custom Toys in Grants Pass OR. They are Toyota specialists and know thier stuff!

This is how it sits!!

Feel free to ask me any questions on any of this process. I am just trying to keep the posts as short as possible.

I've rebuilt my knuckles 3 times now and I've never had any problem getting them out or in and I've never had to lock them. I know some have trouble and have always been wary but it's always gone pretty well.
Good luck on that build, looks awesome, which gear ratio did you choose?

Locked just to remove the 3rd members. You've removed your third members unlocked? I went with 4.88 for the 35s.

I also started working on mine this past week. I'm starting with a full upholstery upgrade and color change! I haven't bought anything as far as hardware for it since I have a LC76 in progress at the same time. [emoji24] [emoji24] [emoji24] It becomes kind of heavy to do both.

That looks like LC heaven there. Is that your shop? You are changing the exterior color? That stock blue is pretty nice.

I can't imagine how much work it would be to have 2 projects. Good luck with the upholstery I was lucky to not have to do that. I am just trying to preserve them now

My bad, thought you were talking about getting the axles out. I have yet to remove my 3rds. I use a supercharger as a power adder, but I only use 285's.

As heavy as I am, it only brings it up to about the stock level of power. Steel bumpers, 2 batteries, aux fuel tank with 44 gallons, blah, blah. It adds up in a hurry. That said it's never left me lacking for power in 4lo!

That makes me a bit scared to load this down but I dont plan on adding an aux tank as of yet.
