Fortune Creek/Gallagher Head Lake, WA

Does anyone from the area know if the Fortune Creek trail to Gallagher Head Lake is passable yet this year? I'm thinking about a weekend trip out there next weekend but I do not know where the snow level is.

I was wondering the same thing after our conversation last weekend at TSF. Looks like someone from Northwest Overland tried to make it up there sometime in the past few days, and there's still too much snow. Granted, it looks like he tried to do it with one vehicle.

I'll be in North Carolina for the next week and a half, but I want to run this trail the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd if anyone is interested. I'll probably also try to camp up that way.
