Good Morning, sorry for the delayed response. Is the offer just for the 270 Awning? I have both the awning and the Annex room for sale. I'd prefer to sell them together. I'd sell both for $700 but you'd have to pay for shipping. Again, both are brand new unused. I did set them up on my truck and that's how I found out they were the wrong size for my Dodge Ram 2500.
