I fly drones all the time but never into someone's personal space. It's just like beer. Some folks just should not have beer. As far as Canada goes. Eh!

The worst thing about our drone rules in Canada it is all a result of a few idiots in the US and Canada. Flying close to wildfires while water bombers and spotters are working, flying near active airports, flying over peoples personal space, disturbing wildlife. You know idiots who do not care.

You pretty much described the reason for most rules/laws across the entire world. Having to legislate what should be common sense is appalling.
