Good afternoon all, I am trying to plan a camping trip for my dad and brothers to Sedona, I am looking for free camp grounds to camp in, and things to do, I could use some help, it's going to be a 4to 5 night, we are driving from south Texas to Sedona area

Free Camping in the forest off of Schnebly HIll Road above Sedona. Might be closed half way down during the winter so you have to go around to get to Sedona. If you take a look at the pink jeep tour routes, you can get all the trails they drive.

I don’t know about camping options but if you’re heading into town definitely stop by the Javelina cantina , Some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had

On your way to Sedona, try and traverse the Mogollon Rim trail. It is pretty and follows an escarpment for over a hundred miles.
