So. After 6 months of trying to figure out Ford Pass rewards and redemption I finally tracked down the awning they list on the rewards site. Order it 3 times from the portal site and part comes from Houston out the warehouse……in a big box that holds a 2 bike holder for the back bumper hitch! Even sent it back with multiple signs saying wrong part and don’t send back. Well third time they failed I don’t know how the box handled the return. Not my problem! So talked to a buddy who said call local parts store and lo and behold not 1, not 2 but 4 parts shops with in 2 hours have it in stock. To wrap up a 40 min drive and a redemption of 100k in points and bam free awning!!
