BTW, what is the "Aviemore Edition"? There were only a handful of D1 "editions" over here in the US and I've not heard of that one before.

Sorry for delay, got side tracked... (no pun intended!!)
I did a quick google as I couldn't think of a good enough definition for you,

"Aviemore (UK, 1998): Base on the seven-seat GS model, the Aviemore had special badging and was available as either British Racing Green over beige cloth or Rioja Red over grey cloth. It was also equipped with dished alloy wheels and a heated windscreen."

It was also the most basic of the D1's in which it has no AC, no fancy HDC and some other bits you would typically find in a GS model :)

Finally got round to putting it on the Vehicle, I wanted to wait a little bit as my older Disco has now been retired pending rebuild (chassis knackered) and I am now driving a different vehicle - LR Defender 90 named LENY
