To all who are interested in the important topic of radio communication. In September there will be again the legendary VHF conference of radio amateurs near Frankfurt/ Main, Germany (about an hour drive from there). There will be again various lectures around the topic of amateur radio. From beginner topics to fancy technical stuff. There will also be interesting topics for overlanders.

I will check if some people from the local amateur radio club will go there and see if we can organize something together. Would be great to meet some overlanders there, there will probably be camping facilities too.

I'll see what I can organize and will set up a Rally Point when the time comes. I will keep you posted.

So, for all who are interested in radio comms and espeically in HAM radio, this is a good possibility to get in touch with HAMs, get good information and attend awesome presentations. Also good to inform yourself if you think about getting your HAM license. And besides we can meet there as members, be present as OB and have a great time.
