I ran all my wiring through the dummy/block off panel on the firewall.Nice work! I am planning to run wires direct from the second Bat thru the inside of the fenders and come thru the A pillar, to under the dash behind the glove box. From there I can connect all my accessories in one central location with a fuse block panel a bit bigger than what you have...A Blue sea panel. The weight of the truck hasn't caused me any issues. It had plenty of torque to get up in the mountains.I love this build! I've been kicking around the idea of buying a Ram 2500 cummins for my next truck. It would be a relatively mild build. Maybe leveled on 35" tires, skid plates, sliders and maybe a winch and rear locker. Other trucks on my short-list are a tradesman power wagon, Ram Rebel ecodiesel or a Tundra. I am a little worried about the weight of a cummins Ram. Has the weight been an issue for you off road?
