I have the airlift on my truck for over 10 years, works great! I usually keep it around 30lbs. If Im fully loaded plus hauling my scooter and trailering the boat I run it up to 80-85lbs. levels the truck right up. The only issue I ever had was one of the hose fittings, which have a swivel where the hose connects had a slow leak which was no big deal to replace. I would not use it for a “lift” on a 4x4 it was not really designed for that. But its a great product , nothing worse than a truck with its butt hanging low.

Aside from the loose valve any other issues and did you trouble shoot that your self
No other issues, the truck had a list to the drivers side. Checked the pressure 0 lbs on drivers side 30 on the passenger. Pumped it back to 30, got a sponge with wet soapy water and wiped it on the bladder and found it right away. Just like if you were looking for a leak in a innertube. It was the brass fitting for the hose that screws into the top of the bladder . Went to Granger , I think it was around $7. About a hour repair.

Airlift 1000s on both my Fj and 4Runner. Towed trailers and they are a tremendous help to nearly eliminate sagging and better ride support with the added weight.

We have used AirLift 1000s in our JKU to support a bunch of weight that was causing a pretty severe sag. We only used them for a couple of weeks but they worked great. For $100 you can't go wrong. We have since swapped in a set of OME 2620 Heavy Lift rear coils, as the bags were just a temporary solution as we waited for parts to ship.

I'm also running the 1000's on my FJ.
Really helps with the weight in the rear and while towing.
