Morning all, one of the first things I will be doing is the roof rack 30x30 Ally I think is sufficient for my needs maybe some thicker cross members that bit is fine, however the roof bars will be coming off but I'm struggling to find some pre made roof mounts, I made my last ones on the old car but they were crude looking and I don't really want to make them again. Where can I buy some from OR make some better looking ones , I'm sure there will be some good ideas that you wonderful people have done.

Thanks Mick.

Does the Shogun have a rain gutter or how must the mounts look like?

The end caps pop off and there is two bolts that screw into the roof, the centre mount has a stud that goes through the roof and you have to drop the roof lining to get to it,

Now that's what I'm after, however the black rail in the picture is that also something you can buy going to have a look around that site.
The rail is just an ordinary airline rail. These lushing rails are quite popular also with overlanding as you could fit so much stuff to it.
Be it through lashing fittings or bolts or other attachments.

I have some of these rails on the bonnet, on the roof and on the rear sidewalls of the rig. Even mounted my solar panel on those rails.
