So I have been using a "Tractor supply" in the bed tool box for a little over a year. It has been ok, I can fit my tent, sleeping bag, stove, axe, rain coat, rope, tow strap, and a few other things. However, it suck having to crawl in the back to get anything, and it look like maybe some upstanding citizen has attemped to pry it open, its just made of cheap aluminum.

Ive been looking at the "Decked" System. Seems to be pretty good. Any of you guys use this system? Anybody else interested in getting it? Maybe we can get a group buy going?

I'm curious about these systems too (especially when combined with a "bed slide" and a truck cap/camper shell/whatever-you-call-it).

Any members have one/know someone with one?

I haven't used because they don't make it for Tacoma - grrrr - but I have seen it in person at the canopy place I have gotten my other stuff at and it is very nice!! It isn't as nice/sturdy as Truck Vault but it is very nice and well made. It would be great with a bedslide system - which I do have and LOVE.

I looked at them at the expo last year and they seem pretty good. The waterproofing is supposed to be really good and the load rating is pretty high. Only drawback I hit on was price.

@Raul B runs one in his f150. I'd buy one if decked would ever get it through their heads that some people drive long bed full-size trucks. I've given up on that.

I like the Decked system because of the price, and I think it looks pretty good. However, I do feel like its a little bit tall.

I really like the Truck Vault System because it appears more secure, and I like the coating. The TV also has a 6"tall option which would fit my purpose better. But so expensive. Not sure what to do?
