CVT comes with the full awning too. Trailer has independent suspension, is fully insulated, has 30 watt solar system, LED lighting inside, Stereo system, Power Fan, USB and outlets and power meter, Fully Carpeted, 5 Gallon water tank, has pass through for shore tie electrical hookups. The battery is a serious deep cycle marine style battery and held its charge all winter long just off the solar charge. If you go to Eco designs and build this trailer as is your looking at 16k, the tent new I think is around 1.5k. I live in Portland Maine but I'm moving to the Philadelphia area this summer so I'm willing to meet anywhere in the New England, New York or PA/NJ area. I have an OBX trip this summer as well and if some one was really committed to buying we could work out a VA or NC pick up as well.

looks like a great build.. a hike from South FL though. still on the hunt for a great camping rig..
