Working on building an air box for my Disco. I gutted the electrical, and I’m converting it to a carburetor. I also plan on using a 3.9 timing cover so I can convert to a distributor. The snorkel I’m using is for a diesel, but I got it for half price, and since I already knew I was losing the EFI, I figured it didn’t matter.
I making my own fiberglass panels and using T88 adhesive to bond them together.
Still working out the final location of the box.
I’ve cut out the rusted inner fenders, and will be making them out of fiberglass or carbon fiber to save weight. So I have room to play with.
