Hey everyone! This is my first post on the forum and I'm really excited to be a part of this community. I live in Virginia and am planning a cross country trip this summer (Tentative route map attached). My basic setup is as follows:
- 2003 4Runner Limited V8
- Sleeping platform with storage
- Alpicool Fridge
- Second Deep Cycle battery with inverter
- Tuff Stuff 6x8 Awning
- Waterport
- Farm Jack and Traction boards
- Midland Mxt105 and two midland handhelds
These are definite events I know I will be doing on the trip
- 7/9-7/10 at either Mojave or Big Bear CA
- 7/12-7/14 at Moab UT
- 7/26-7/28 at Uwharrie Nat'l Forest NC
Any other areas I'm certainly open to hit some trails at in a group, I just don't have anything planned yet.
I'd love to hear everyones feedback and pointers for the trip, but even more so, if any of y'all want to get together along the way I would love to meet some new folks in this community!
