Cowboy Country Eastern Nevada
I put this track together trying to hit some old west cowboy camps and mining areas. It was probably one of the best overland trips we have had in the last 50 years. For two days at one point we did not see another vehicle other than those in our group.

745 miles mostly on dirt.
Five rigs.
From the Arizona border to the Idaho border.
Six days on the trail.
This track is on the OB1 app.
Weather was moderate due to the relatively high elevation the entire time with the exception of the first day in the south.

Highlights of the trip south to north;
Gold Butte National Monument
Gold Butte National Monument | Bureau of Land Management
Aviation Arrow (Airmail Arrow)
Arrows Across America- concrete arrows
Davidson family grave site.
James Davidson (1805-1869) - Find a Grave...
Barclay School house
Pioche, old west town (great BBQ)

Bristol Well Kilns

Ward, cemetery, town site and the ward Mine.
Ward • Nevada Expeditions
Pony Express route, detour to the rest area on hwy 93 for a Pony Express exhibit.
California Stations
Metropolis Cemetery and school house

Looks like a great trip and route. I am only familiar with Gold Butte and the highway through nowhere up the 93 on the way to Idaho and Montana but haven't explored the backcountry around that route. Our group down here is a mixture of vehicles and not just Jeeps. Would full size vehicles do ok on this route?

Kelly Herrin was with us, he has a dodge full size. The track is a medium 2 on the OB app.
