This is an idea I had to create more usable space in my Tacoma. Mines an extended cab no back seat.

. It's 48in long, 20 wide. 1/4 plywood deck. Legs are 1x3 and frame 1x2.5. Front leg 17 inches high, back 10 inches.

Good idea. I remove my back seats of my D/C wen going on trips. A platform like this will definitely make it easier to get to all my gear.
