Does anyone know who makes a roof rack / cargo basket similar to this one?

I am looking for one that is about 11" high (if a commercially made one exists) to accommodate a Dometic roof top AC unit.

I'm currently in the market for trailer racks and have been eyeing the Extreme racks from Green Touch. While browsing the forum, I came across a mention of Trinity Iron Images in Texas. They seem more budget-friendly, but I'm concerned about their suitability for securing trimmers without risking damage—they appear somewhat loose-fitting. The blower rack seems decent, but I'm uncertain. Green Touch Extreme racks utilize aluminum pieces that need to stay on the trimmer. There was a comment about someone managing to remove trimmers from the rack even when locked in. Could anyone share their experiences and recommendations? I'm tired of equipment rolling around in my truck bed and the looming threat of theft.
