Canceling membership

I have been a member for a few years now but I just don’t use this app often enough to keep paying for it I tried 3 times to cancel my membership before the automatic renewal with no success there are several ways to keep your membership but only very fine print and almost impossible task to cancel so now I have been charged for another year and even though I have sent several emails to different people in this organization that are supposed to help with these matters I have heard nothing back so I guess once you sign up you can never leave extremely frustrated with this site and the people who run it.

It is basically this:

If you bought a membership on the website, you cancel it on the website. If you bought on the Android or iOS store, you cancel it in your subscriptions on your phone.

I will look up your email and refund the renewal for you - If I can cancel it, I will do that as well.
