State park, or around the Smokies it's around $30-35 a night. Some campgrounds charge a fee per night, and then a fee per person.

Dispersed camping in the Chattahoochee NF - FREE!

So, now our average is down around $240.

private campgrounds in VT are $35 + a night
the VT state parks are almost as bad:
All reservations are subject to a $7, non-refundable reservation fee per site
resident $18/all non resident $20/all resident lean-to, prime site $25/all non- resident lean-to, prime site $27/all

There is a pet fee of $1 per night per pet. $5 per night for horses

The basic rates, listed below, cover 4 people on a site. Extra people are charged $5 per night per person. Maximum of 8 people per site.

I've got this park ranger at Coolidge State Park that just. does. not. like. me... I don't know what I did to the guy, but we've stayed there 20-30 times and every time there's a bit of a confrontation.
I digress.

Most NM campsites are 10-20 bucks a night... but with all our BLM and National Forest land, you rarely need to pay for an epic camping spot!

He was just doing his job, but sadly - he made me part of his job!

This is a great picture and I believe I know exactly where this is!

The Norwegian Hospitality Association (NHO Reiseliv) has classified its camping sites with a rating system from 1 to 5 stars.
Cabins are assessed in the same way, independently of the campsite, and are given one to five star ratings.

Norwegian camping sites are usually high quality.
A wide variety of fun activities and play areas is typically provided, to ensure a holiday full of excitement and new experiences.
Overnight prices for caravans, mobile homes and tents vary from campsite to campsite, within each star rating.
From $20-50 per night is a common price range (depending on if you are camping, with vehicle, number of tents, number of folks, etc...)

Opening times are normally from 0700 to 2300.
The larger campsites tend to have someone on duty 24 hours a day.

Most 3 star campsites have toilets and showers for the disabled.
All 4 and 5 star campsites have toilets and showers for the disabled.
