Before I had an offroad vehicle the wife and I traveled "over land" via Harley Davidson (and still do). Loved hooking the trailer the bike for "daddy daughter weekends!" She loves campfires. Not a beautiful overlook with any special scenery...except the smile on my daughters face because we are together. Just us. Gonna have to do this again soon. She is growing up so fast.

Made it up to Braley Pond Friday night to start our weekend of camping but woke up feeling like crap Saturday morning, so we cut it short. Merry Christmas everyone. Also added this free campsite to the IOverlander App for everyone to see.

Got to eat cake for Breakfast so that’s a plus.

Little ice on the pond

Wow, so much cool in this thread!!!

Here are a few of my/our favorite places...

The "test" spot - actually just a place I scraped down to flat rock with the backhoe - behind out house...

The next test spot, about 1/2 an hour from home at "the cottage" (my parents cottage). On a narrow point of land - basically have water for 270 degrees around us. No road in for the last 500' or so.

This was at Blomidon Provinvial Park in Nova Scotia - felt like camping in the clouds (may have just been fog!)
