Out of all the various vehicles driven when Overlanding, what is the first broken vehicle part broken? Is there a common part? Are there certain parts you should bring spares of?

super duty your front hubs are probably the weak point then. All the joints on a Super Duty are u joints!
Of course the fronts are massive 1550's though. So little worry about breaking them.

I’m lactose intolerant, out of all the real dairy I cream out there is there any that tastes good but won’t make me sick.
Mosst common broken part I see on the trail is the one that wasn’t caught in the drive way. There is a very short list of parts that can’t be field repaired without parts. Serpent Belts is one that comes to mind. I hear people saying axles, u-joints, Yama yadanyada. You can pull a rear Driveline and limp back to town in 4wd, if its a front drive line, put back into two and head to town. break an axle, several options available to get you back to town, the easiest usually being pull the spider gears, disconnect the drive shaft and use the transfer case to select what axle to use to provide power.
cary jb weld, rtv silicone, fluids, wire, rope, multi-tool, duct tape, and stuff like that to make trail Repairs with.
[/QUOTEI'll have to start that type of maintenance routine, lol. But good advice. Thanks.1. Maintain your vehicle as you would on an Aviation Maintenance Schedule.
2. Use it, don't abuse it. Most ............. if not all of the broken down vehicles I have come across has been due to fast driving and no mechanical sympathy/ lack of maintenance.
3. Fan belts/Serpentine belt, extra oil, jumper cables, and a good tool kit.
4. Don't buy cheap, crap starting batteries.
5. Maintain your vehicle as you would on an Aviation Maintenance Schedule.
