Big Rigs, Full Sized Only

So, nothing but respect for those in here with full sized pick-up's & SUV's. But is there an area for FULL sized trucks? I'm looking at starting a build in this direction & wondering if I'm missing a section, or is it simply not an market/interest covered here?

Yes it is I use some 1” steel for the back bone, some 1/4” than the tank site in. And used a band with a caming latch.

2015 F-150 XLT, at Beverly WA.

Slowly building the rig up. Latest upgrades are Fox 2.0 stage 1 kit at 2" and a Rhino Rack pioneer platform.

Early in the build on my '16 silverado LTZ 6.2. Just added kings & deavers, obvious next step is ditching the 22/285-22's for either KO2's or KM3's and 17 or 18" wheels. Should be able to clear 35x12.50's with some trimming.

My 1980 Ford F250. Purchased in Seattle for $900 then immediately driven 900 miles back home. Then swapped the tires and did another 3,300 miles to Colorado and back again.

That, sir, is a classic! Spent many a day sitting in the bed of my father's '78 as we headed to old logging trails to gather firewood for the winter.

What are the tires that you put on it? I'm on my phone and cant embiggen the picture enough to read it.

Always ready @TylerC! By the way, what does your main drawer slide on to reduce friction? I’ve enjoyed a full-size bed slide on ball bearings in my Tundra for years, but I’m ready for the next evolution. Maybe a side by side will be the way to go.

I used low friction tape to keep cost down. 6' slides were $500.
