Big levels Jun 15/16

Me and my friend (I'm driving my Jeep and he has Raptor) are heading to big levels on Jun 15/16 and try to camp somewhere . So my question is anyone went there later and what is trail conditions?
I never been there, I seen some videos where is couple difficult spots with big rocks on middle. Anyone wants to join you are welcome. We will heading there from Ashburn area in morning but no rush.
I want to do big levels trail and than find a nice camping spot either near river or nice overlook near by. Really not looking to stay in just camp ground. But I'm not sure about rules in Jefferson forest.
So if anyone can share a nice location please do.
