Searches turn up general advice like "use a brush or sponge with warm water and light soap". This seems to be going less than great on my CVT. Is there some technique or magical product that can get rid of these types of mold/mildew stains?
Thanks.

I have used a bleach solution on a ground tent previously with less than good results, looked good at first, but mold came back quickly and worse. Apparently the bleach just lightens the color of the mold and does not really get rid of it so it grow back with a vengeance. I have heard good things about white vinegar or possibly distilled vinegar as it seems to kill a lot of molds. That being said I have not tried it personally so can not vouch for how well it works or if it will discolor the fabric etc. Are you able to remove the fabric from the tent easily? I know it was not to hard on my 23 Zero soft shell. Then maybe wash it in gentle cycle in a washer and hang dry? Once clean and dry apply scotchguard or similar spray. Sucks for us in the NW to always be able to fully dry a tent before putting it away unless you have a tall garage..
