Where are the best places to OL in NC? Preferably in the mountains, and in secluded areas (so a nice, and quiet camp!).

I am planning October 18 19 20. Either one of the nights or both if anyone else has any ideas I'm all ears. I'm bringing the wife and dogs so nothing too crazyHurricane Creek only takes a few hours to run if you take it slow... the one camping spot I know of is right on the trail next to a creek. Visit Max Patch while you are there awesome views.
When are you guys going?

Considering the truck is right at a month old now...NO TRAIL STRIPING! hahaIf you don't have an issue with trail striping you will be good.
Thanks for the info. I'll def check out the Facebook Group. That area is awesome and tons of camping. I've taken stock 4runner and stock Tacoma through hurricane Creek and Max patch is beautiful. If you don't want striping you can take the Forest Rd that's the next exit from hurricane Creek trail or travel through Harmon den system. Here is a new group I started just for sharing trails and campsites
