I removed all but two seats in my 80 not for overlanding but for work but I figured this is the perfect time to build a bed frame in lou of not owning a RTT. It's just gonna be me and my dog in the back. Am only 5'7" so a 6' long bed frame with a 48"x72"x6" tri-fold foam mattress. I might have my fabricator build an ultra light aluminum frame that comes completely apart. For now this wooden frame should do the job.


Note to self and other I suppose. When it is 15 degrees outside avoid building this at least till everything on you numbs out then your all good.
