I looked and searched to see if this had been brought up yet and didn't see any threads, so here you go. tl;dr Battle Born has a poor/defective design for attaching the positive terminal to the internal bus bar that can result in internal arcing, damage, and excessive heat (one user claims to have seen the terminal hit 560F) that can all lead to a fire.
To make matters worse, Battle Born claims this is working as intended and there's nothing wrong with the design. For anyone that has BB batteries, please check for this issue.
