Sometimes it is nice to look back and see how far we have come as Overlanders. I came across this old pic of one of my first vehicles all set to go for a 5 day trip. And yes this is for two of us! I called this the little bug that could as I took it pretty much everywhere, even drove it in winter (in Northern BC Canada)! I had to scrape the windows on the inside as they would ice up due to the lack of a good heater in them but it was sure fun to drive! It truly doesn't matter what you drive!

Why thank you! She's a work in progress right now. Just ordered the efi today. Can't wait till I can just take off one weekend with no destination in mind
