I've had my arb twin a/c for about two years now. Been working great until yesterday when I went to air up my tires. I notice it starting running really rough as if one of the pistons stopped working. The air pressure dropped. I checked the fuse and air hoses for leaks. Everything looks good.

I was wonder if anyone has any ideas.

Here is an update on my ARB A/C, on one of the motors, there is a piston inside the pumps the air, a bolt broke and caused the air pressure to drop. I called ARB, they Fedex'd me a new motor with directions for free.

So now the unit is working again.

How did you diagnose the issue? I too have the same problem.
Thanks

Any more trouble with your air compressor, I speak ARB! Vance.
I am having this same issue with the compressor on our 4Runner. Only the fan comes on. Replaced the pressure switch and still have the same issue. I tested my relays and am getting resistance of about 50ish with a volt meter. Didn’t test with a 9V battery to hear them click…. I’m stumped!

Update:

I setup the compressor on my work bench along with a 12v battery so I can test. I wired in a switch and I’m still getting the same issue. This time I can hear both relays click as the fan kicks on. Nothing more.

ARB suvtomer support is fantastic. Take a video of whatbis going on and send it in to them with more details of the problem. They where able to diagnose my problem from that and sent me replacement parts without hesitation.
