One excellent two-day excursion starts in either Tepene (north of Gjirokaster) or Borsh (on the coast) and overnights in Nivica. You will be treated in Nivica by some of the world's most hospitable people. There are parking areas, a guest house with great meals, and the beginning of Nivica's staggeringly beautiful canyon.
